*travel expenses may be added if over 30 miles away

-Timeline Preparation, Ceremony Planning, Vendor Relations,

and Wedding Day To-Dos

-Wedding Day Cues:  ceremony, grand march,

speeches, first dance, etc.

-Point of contact for vendors including reception site, 

caterer, DJ, and transportation

-Handle any issues that may arise on the day of the

wedding & field questions from guests

​

-Appetizer & dessert set-up/replenish

​

-Secure gifts and cards

​

-General clean-up during the event

​

-Bride & groom send off organization

​

-Additional tasks as agreed upon with the wedding couple

​

-Guidance throughout the wedding planning process

​

***Set up and tear down of the ceremony & reception space depending on the duration of services
