Nikki coordinated my wedding at Almquist Farm and did an amazing job!  I don't believe she exclusively coordinates at Almquist Farm, but she is there very often.  She knows the venue and the owners very well. The owners highly recommended her to me.  She was also the fairest priced option on my list of recommended vendors!  My day went so smooth.  She is a "day of coordinator", but went above and beyond in the time leading up to my wedding as well.  We met a couple times as the day got closer and she answered a couple questions I had that popped up via phone call and texting.  She helped me figure out and think about things for the wedding day that I never would have thought of myself!  I had absolutely no issues with the organization of the day because she was so prepared and working stealthily behind the scenes.  If there was anything that went wrong, it was addressed before I even noticed!  Dominoes almost did not deliver our pizza due to a miscommunication between us and the employee who took our order two weeks prior.  This was unfolding JUST before the speeches but Nikki came to the rescue and figured it out for me while I was busy doing bride stuff.  Don't try to do it all yourself, especially the day of stuff! Let someone else help so you can enjoy one of the most important days of your life!  Nikki is just the person to entrust with that.  I would recommend her to any bride, especially if you are getting married at Almquist Farm in Hastings!

We had Nikki as our coordinator for our wedding at Almquist Farm on October 1, 2023.  She was on top of everything for the entire day and did an amazing job.  Because of Nikki, my husband and I were truly able to relax and enjoy our day because we knew she had everything taken care of and under control. Nikki met with us two times before the wedding to make sure it was executed just as we had imagined it to be.  Nikki also was very familiar with our venue and vendors.  Throughout the day, she made sure everyone knew when and where they were supposed to be.  Nikki made our wedding day go smoothly for my husband and I and our families.

Our wedding was July, 2021 at Almquist Farm and we couldn't have done it without Nikki.  I interviewed multiple day of wedding coordinators and knew I wanted to choose Nikki because of her calm and kind demeanor.  From the first conversation with her, her main priority was making our wedding day as special as we imagined it to be.  Small details and everyone coming to me for questions during our wedding day was my worst nightmare.  Nikki handled the things that scared me the most and the day turned out to be stress free for me.  We had a large wedding party and she got everyone in order and handled all the small and big requests that we had so our family and friends could sit back and have fun!  Thank you for all you did, Nikki. A big thank you to Nikki, who made our son and his bride's wedding day so truly memorable!  She totally picked up on their style and created a beautiful wedding for them.  Nikki is so original in her designs and decorating that we got one of a kind decor for the reception.  We had many compliments from our guests on all the decor for the church and the reception hall.  She is organized and detail-oriented so you can put your wedding plans in her hands with no worries.  Her patience and professionalism throughout the whole process was greatly appreciated, and she is a pleasure to work with!
